Castle Hill Inn, a Relais & Chateaux hotel nestled on 40 acres overlooking Narragansett Bay, is seeking a Busser to join their team. The property features guest rooms on sand dunes, a banquet facility, and two restaurants with talented culinary teams. Castle Hill Inn is part of the Newport Restaurant Group.

About the Position:

The Busser contributes to a pleasant dining experience by cleaning and setting tables, restocking plates, and sometimes serving food.

About You:

You are positive, energetic, and have a great attitude. You seek to be part of a team, can work independently in a fast-paced environment, and have prior bussing experience or are willing to learn.

Essential Duties:

• Monitor dining room tables to ensure standards are met (e.g., proper table symmetry, clean glassware)
• Prepare tables for guests by removing dishes and linens, sweeping, wiping seats, and resetting tables
• Assist servers with pre-bussing tables as needed
• Transport clean dishware and ensure supplies are available during shifts
• Fill ice bins and empty trash as needed
