Job summary
Four Seasons Philadelphia is seeking a Sous Chef to join our renowned culinary team. You will support the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine in leading a busy, guest-focused kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation across all service periods.
In this role you’ll mentor junior cooks, manage station prep, collaborate with pastry and garde-manger, uphold safety and sanitation, and help drive menu execution in a luxury hotel environment.
