Job summary

Heyday is seeking a Studio Manager to lead a 25+ person team in a high-volume skincare studio. You will deliver best-in-class service to clients while optimizing operations, scheduling, and team performance to drive profitability and client satisfaction.

You will oversee front-to-back shop activities, develop staff, and partner with marketing to grow memberships and client retention, ensuring a seamless Heyday experience across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience owning P&L and achieving financial targets in health & wellness.
• Strong hospitality and client experience focus.
• Experience managing hourly workforce.
• Beauty/Spa experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of employment policies and labor law.

Responsibilities

• Manage 25+ team members and foster ownership/results.
• Provide high-level service and hospitality to clients.
• Oversee day-to-day tasks from front to back of house.
• Build relationships with employees and clients.
• Celebrate team wins and show gratitude daily.
• Coordinate studio events and promotions (onsite/offsite).
• Maintain exceptional communication and professional demeanor.
• Administer employee performance reviews.
• Review client surveys and follow-up promptly.
