Ulta Beauty is seeking a Skin Care Consultant to maximize sales in the skin category by engaging guests, assessing needs, and guiding product selections while maintaining store standards. You will support the Experience Manager with service, guest engagement, and event execution to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Ideal candidates bring a passion for skin care, strong sales and communication skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships in a fast-paced beauty retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
• Demonstrate competency in sales, products, and service.
• Passion for skin care and consultative selling.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for retail and service sales.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and recommend products.
• Courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Routinely perform skincare analysis and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support services and in-store events.
• Stay informed on trends and ingredients to better serve guests.
• Maintain store standards, replenishment, and hygiene compliance.
• Protect company assets and follow loss prevention practices.
