Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and conduct product demonstrations that drive sales.

You will greet guests, tailor recommendations, assist with refunds or exchanges, support in-store events, book appointments, and keep the sales floor tidy and stocked while upholding Ulta Beauty standards and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ability to troubleshoot
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Greet and engage guests, advise on products and services.
• Handle customer service, refunds, and exchanges.
