Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Skin Care Consultant to maximize skin category sales by engaging guests, recommending products, and providing expert skincare guidance. You will support the Experience Manager through service goals, events, and exceptional guest experiences on a daily basis.

The role requires knowledge of skin needs and trends, plus outstanding guest service and product knowledge. A flexible schedule including weekends is expected, with ongoing brand training and store standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant retail or service experience.
• Strong knowledge of skin care and ingredients.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in selecting skin care products and services.
