Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a passionate Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience in-store. You will greet guests, assess needs, perform makeup applications and skincare analysis, and recommend products to drive sales.

You will also support leadership by maintaining store standards, restocking, and participating in in-store events while staying informed about new products and promotions to best assist customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage each guest to determine needs and provide exceptional service.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to enhance guest experience and reach sales goals.
• Maintain store cleanliness and replenish fixtures, restrooms, cashwrap, and backroom areas.
• Be knowledgeable about products and promotions to assist guests effectively.
