Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ Gilbert is seeking a Skin Expert to provide exceptional guest service while performing short services such as facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, waxing, and brow treatments.

You will demonstrate products, meet sales goals, maintain safety, and collaborate with the Salon Manager to ensure inventory and store standards. Requires Arizona Esthetician license and ability to work full-time or part-time in Gilbert, AZ.

Qualifications

• Arizona esthetician license required.
• Experience with dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, waxing and tinting.
• Proficient with facial equipment and tools.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school or equivalent education required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Achieve personal/store sales and service goals.
• Demonstrate, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Perform facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, waxing, tweezing, and brow tinting.
• Book return services using the appointment system.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures at all times.
• Maintain partnerships with staff to promote teamwork.
• Notify Salon Manager of supply needs.
• Assist in in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards and timekeeping procedures are followed.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.
