Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Skin Expert to provide exceptional customer service and perform facial services and related beauty treatments. You will aim to meet personal and store sales targets while recommending FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.

The role requires an Esthetician license and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication, practical experience with dermaplaning and Hydrafacial devices, and a passion for skincare will help you succeed in this busy retail

Qualifications

Esthetician license required.
Experience with dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, waxing and tinting.
Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
Achieve personal/store sales and service goals.
Demonstrate, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
Perform short services such as facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, waxing, tweezing and brow tinting.
Use appointment book or system to book return services.
Follow safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures.
Create and maintain strong teamwork with FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel.
Assist in in-store operational processes and maintain store standards.
Adhere to timekeeping procedures and attend trainings.
