Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Skin Expert in Los Gatos to deliver high‑quality facials, dermaplaning and related services while driving sales and guest satisfaction. You will maintain a welcoming environment, perform treatments, and actively recommend renewals and add‑on services.

Ideal candidates hold an Esthetician or Cosmetologist license, have experience with Hydrafacial, dermaplaning and waxing, and excel in communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology/Esthetician license required.
• Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing and tinting.
• Proficient with equipment used for technical skin services.
• Developed communication skills and the ability to build client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests at all times.
• Meet personal and store sales and service goals.
• Demonstrate, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Perform services (facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, waxing, tinting) and suggest add‑ons.
• Book appointments and manage return visits in the system.
• Follow safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures consistently.
• Collaborate with staff to promote teamwork and guest satisfaction.
• Notify supply needs with the Salon Manager and ensure stock on hand.
• Support in store operations and uphold store standards.
• Accurately follow timekeeping procedures and attend trainings.
