NuFACE is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Selling Specialist in Oak Brook, IL, to drive sales at partner locations, promote NuFACE products, and provide expert skincare advice. You will serve as a brand ambassador, train store teams on microcurrent technology, and contribute to in-store events while maintaining an energetic, customer-first environment.

Qualificações

• 2–3+ years of experience in prestige retail (Nordstrom, Sephora, ULTA preferred).
• 2–3+ years in a sales environment.
• Exceptional public speaking skills.
• Intermediate administrative skills, Outlook 365 and mobile app functionalities.
• Exceptional skincare and wellness knowledge, including competing brands.

Responsabilidades

• Represent NuFACE as the brand ambassador promoting products to customers.
• Communicate the brand’s POD and credibility in skincare tech.
• Demonstrate, train and educate clients and store associates on microcurrent skincare and product usage.
• Introduce clients and store associates to the NuFACE App and its features.
• Collaborate with Account Executive to plan and implement in-store events to meet sales goals.
• Recap daily sales and provide feedback and recommendations to improve performance.
• Communicate merchandising and stock issues to the Account Executive as needed.
• Create an uplifting, energetic environment while showing enthusiasm for aesthetics, beauty and wellness.
• Assist with other projects and duties as assigned by management.
