Job summary

NuFACE is seeking a Retail Sales Selling Specialist to drive sales at partner locations in Austin, promoting NuFACE products and offering expert skincare guidance.

You will educate customers and store teams on microcurrent technology, demonstrate app features, and support in-store events to hit targets. A strong background in prestige retail and public speaking is essential, with light travel and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in prestige retail (Nordstrom, Sephora, ULTA preferred).
• 2-3+ years in a sales environment.
• Excellent public speaking skills.
• Proficient with Outlook 365 and mobile app features.
• Strong skincare and wellness knowledge, including competing brands.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/evenings.
• Travel to designated retailers required; valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Esthetician license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent NuFACE as brand ambassador, promoting products and delivering personalized skincare solutions.
• Convey the brand’s POD and credibility in the skincare tech space.
• Demonstrate, train, and educate clients and store staff on microcurrent skincare and product usage.
• Introduce clients and stores to the NuFACE App and its features.
• Collaborate with the Account Executive to plan and execute in-store events to meet sales goals.
• Summarize daily sales and productivity, providing feedback and recommendations.
• Report merchandising and stock issues to the Account Executive as needed.
• Create an uplifting, energetic store environment with enthusiasm for aesthetics, beauty, and wellness.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
