Dermalogica LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Business Consultant to cultivate accounts, expand sales, and educate clients on the Dermalogica line. This role oversees the Arizona territory with significant travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• High school degree required; BA/BS degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of field sales experience in beauty or prestige consumer goods required.
• Experience servicing salons, spas, physician’s offices, and sole proprietors; national accounts background ideal.
• Client building experience required.
• Licensed skincare therapist a plus.
• Results-oriented with a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities

• Develop Dermalogica sales through an effective sales call plan and events.
• Grow qualified Dermalogica accounts within the territory.
• Service existing accounts with trust and meaningful relationships.
• Visit accounts at least once per month to develop sales.
• Meet targets for new accounts, dollars, and activity.
• Prospect relentlessly to open Dermalogica accounts.
• Follow up on new leads within 36–72 hours.
• Meet KPI goals quarterly and annually.
• Manage territory plans, logs, expenses, and reports in Pepperi.
• Represent Dermalogica at regional trade shows and events.
• Travel daily by car to visit accounts.
• Attend sales meetings and seasonal events, including overnights.
• Possibly participate in regional or national trade shows.
• Maintain a safe work environment and driving practices.
