Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related sciences.
• 1–3 years as a technician or similar role in the industry.
• Experience in personal care product formulation preferred.
• Thorough understanding of FDA regulations and cGMPs.

Responsibilities

• Safely prepare samples based on formulations and R&D instructions.
• Ensure bulk, finished product and raw materials meet specs and log documents.
• Perform routine tests (pH, specific gravity, viscosity, organoleptic checks).
• Maintain accurate lab records and a clean work environment.
• Communicate issues promptly to relevant personnel to ensure timely results.
• Support multiple development projects concurrently.
