FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Front Bar Receptionist to greet clients, drive sales, and keep the store organized and stocked. You will embody high standards of customer service and participate in product training to grow product knowledge.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, maintaining schedules, stocking shelves, and adhering to safety and hygiene procedures in a fast-paced skincare setting.

Qualifications

• Guest Service Experience (1 year)
• Sales and Marketing Experience
• Preferred Salon Experience

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
• Responsible for maintaining an organized schedule.
• Demonstrate, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Notify manager when supplies are low to ensure items are stocked.
• Assist in all in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Follow all company time-keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.
• Follow safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures; ensure board compliance at all times.
• Keep the store clean and fully stocked at all times.
