Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ in Madison, WI is seeking a Front Bar Receptionist to deliver exceptional guest service, manage the schedule, assist with product sales, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced skincare setting.

You will work with the Salon Manager to hit sales goals, stock and sanitize, participate in mandatory product trainings and meetings, and ensure safety and hygiene procedures are followed while keeping the store organized and inviting.

Qualifications

• Guest services experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience in sales or marketing activities.
• Preferably experience in a salon or skincare setting.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
• Maintain an organized schedule.
• Demonstrate, sell, and recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Notify manager when supplies are low to keep stock on hand.
• Assist in all in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.
• Follow safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures.
• Keep the store clean and fully stocked at all times.
