Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of beauty, skincare or cosmetics retail experience.
• Confident presenting and training small groups.
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation.
• Availability for some weekend and event shifts.
• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail stores on a planned weekly route.
• Train store associates on product benefits, ingredients and routines.
• Host in-store events and consult directly with shoppers.
• Check displays, testers and stock levels during each visit.
• Report sales, feedback and competitor activity to the brand team.
• Build strong working relationships with store managers.
