Qualifications

• Cosmetology or esthetics license is required.
• Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, brow waxing and tinting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to following safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Perform services including facial treatments and brow/lash work.
• Explain, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Maintain state board compliance and accurate records.
• Follow safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures.
• Collaborate with Salon Manager and FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel.
• Meet service and product goals.
• Assist in in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Attend mandatory training and team meetings.
