• Utilize Visia Skin Care Analysis and expert product knowledge to guide product recommendations.
• Engage with patients about purchases and discuss new product recommendations for individualized care.
• Conduct regular inventory reviews and support monthly counts to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
• Apply FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles for inventory management to maximize sales and reduce product expiration.
• Document patient concerns or adverse reactions related to products, update records, and notify the appropriate provider.
• Stay informed about market trends and recommend new products.
• Maintain attractive product displays and keep the store clean, organized, and inviting.
• Process online orders, package items, and coordinate deliveries to the post office as needed.
• Follow up with patients after purchase to ensure satisfaction and address issues.
• Participate in educational workshops and vendor-led training to expand product expertise.
• Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming environment.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information, ensuring records are accurate.
• Present necessary forms for signature and assist patients, collecting past-due balances at check-in.
• Manage patient appointments by scheduling and rescheduling in line with clinic guidelines.
• Maintain reception area cleanliness and inform patients of appointment delays.
• Handle patient checkout, including payments, product sales, and scheduling of follow-up appointments.
• Reconcile daily transactions and notify appropriate personnel of discrepancies.
