Job summary

Goodwill SWPA is seeking a Skills Trainer for the Project SEARCH program at UPMC Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. The role provides onsite and community-based support to participants, helping them reach individualized goals and ensuring a safe, productive work environment.

You will liaise with worksite leaders, program staff, families, and service teams; travel is required, with a Mon-Fri 8 AM-4 PM schedule. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a salary range of $18.11–$20.36 per hour.

• Experience with individuals with disabilities and barriers to employment.
• Experience developing and coaching life skills.
• Experience in youth transition services, job skills exploration, and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assessment: collect in-depth information to identify needs and develop a program plan.
• Development Plans: identify needs and create goals aligned with program plans.
• Service Delivery: deliver and document participant-centered services and conduct progress reviews.
• Policies and Standards: follow regulatory guidelines and communicate business needs with site management.
