Responsibilities

• Lead engaging soccer training sessions for kids ages 5 to 12.
• Use the Skills Institute curriculum to teach core skills like dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork.
• Create a positive, encouraging, and challenging environment for growth.
• Foster teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship among players.
• Build meaningful relationships with players and families.
• Represent Sofive, Skills Institute, and Lil' Kickers with enthusiasm.
• Support marketing efforts and assist with special events when needed.

Are you highly motivated, kid-centric, and passionate about soccer? Sofive Soccer Center is currently seeking enthusiastic educators and coaches to join our team! As a Skills Institute coach, you will play a pivotal role in providing fun, friendly, and structured weekly classes for children ages 5 to 12.

• Support marketing efforts and assist with special events when needed

Schedule:

• Weekend availability is required
• Additional opportunities available on weekday afternoons and evenings
• Shifts are consistent throughout a 13-week season

• Commitment to weekly shifts for the duration of each season
• Ability to work with kids ages 5 to 12 and keep them engaged
• Background check required
• $17.00/ hr
