Sofive, a growing youth soccer and fitness center, seeks a Lil' Kickers Coach to lead classes and shape the next generation of players. You will foster a welcoming, energetic environment and uphold high coaching standards across sessions.

The role emphasizes youth development, team leadership, and delivering engaging soccer programs on a flexible schedule, including weekends. Passion for soccer and customer-focused service are essential.

• Passion for soccer and youth development.

• Ability to motivate, mentor, and develop coaching staff.
• Customer-service mindset with strong conflict-resolution skills.
• Proactive, energetic, and professional attitude.
• Sales or retail experience preferred.
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required.
