Job summary

Sofive Soccer Centers is seeking a part-time Skills Institute Soccer Coach to lead weekly classes for children aged 5 to 12. You will implement our curriculum, foster technical skills, confidence, teamwork and a lifelong love for the game.

Weekend availability is required and coaching experience is helpful but not required. Many opportunities for leadership development and career growth exist within a rapidly expanding company.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging soccer training sessions for children ages 5 to 12.
• Teach core skills: dribbling, passing, shooting, movement and teamwork.
• Follow the Skills Institute curriculum and class structure.
• Create a positive, encouraging and appropriately challenging environment.
• Promote teamwork, perseverance, confidence and sportsmanship.
• Build strong relationships with players and families.
• Represent Sofive, Skills Institute and Lil’ Kickers professionally and enthusiastically.
• Support special events and local marketing initiatives when needed.

About the Role

Sofive Soccer Center is looking for energetic, dependable, and kid-focused coaches to join our Skills Institute team.

As a Skills Institute Coach, you will lead structured weekly soccer classes for children ages 5 to 12. Using our proven curriculum, you will help players develop technical skills, confidence, teamwork, and a lasting love for the game.
