Job summary

CJ Bio America is seeking a Welder to perform welding, cutting, and brazing on metal parts using flame-cutting and manual welding equipment. The role includes pipe, field, and TIG/MIG welding operations in a maintenance setting.

Responsibilities include planning work, fabricating components, ensuring weld quality, and maintaining tools and workspace. A high school diploma or welding-related technical degree is required, with experience in TIG welding preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with welding experience.
• Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Welding or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welds pipe and components using TIG, MIG, SMAW and certification-ready methods.
• Plans work order details and gathers tools/materials per job specs.
• Repairs and fabricates items using cutting, burning, and welding techniques.
• Monitors welding to prevent overheating, distortion, or warping.
• Prepares and tacks welds; maintains equipment and work area.
