Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with welding experience.
• Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance or Welding preferred.
• Experience with TIG welding and various welding processes is valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform pipe, field, stick, TIG, and MIG welding as required.
• Plan work orders, gather tools and materials per instructions.
• Repair and fabricate items using cutting, burning, and welding techniques.
• Monitor welding and fitting to prevent overheating, warping, or distortion.
• Prepare, assemble, and tack weld parts and surfaces.
• Maintain, organize, and clean equipment and workspace.
• Notify supervisor of faulty equipment or materials.
• Ensure conformance to design specs and safety regulations.
