Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is hiring multiple Welders for a Fall River fabrication partner. You will weld heavy-duty components per blueprints, using MIG/TIG/flux-core processes, across various gauges. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and teamwork in a modern facility.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
MIG, TIG, or flux-core welding experience in a manufacturing shop is essential.
Ability to read and interpret fabrication blueprints and weld symbols.
Attention to detail and strong knowledge of metal shop safety are important.
Physically able to stand for full shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Fit, position, and weld custom metal components according to technical blueprints.
Operate MIG, TIG, or flux-core welding equipment across various material gauges.
Inspect completed weldments to ensure structural integrity and quality standards.
Clean and prepare metal surfaces using grinders, clamps, and hand tools.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all shop safety protocols.
