EK Machine Co. in Fall River, WI, is seeking a full-time Welder to join a friendly, hardworking manufacturing team. You will weld a wide variety of metals and alloys, read blueprints, and follow process specs to build tanks and parts with GMAW-P, GMAW-S, and GTAW.

Qualifications

• Read American and European blueprints, geometrical callouts and weld symbols.
• Weld on a wide variety of metals and alloys (carbon steel, galvanized steel, stainless, aluminum).
• Navigate weld processes per process specification sheet.

Responsibilities

• Reading and understanding blueprints and weld symbols to meet client expectations.
• Weld using GMAW-P, GMAW-S, and GTAW.
• Welding wide variety of metals and alloys per specs.
• Handling fixtures, gauges, and jigs to manufacture welded parts to spec.
• Performing inspections using calipers, height gauges, protractors, and tape measures.
• Traveling between plants to adapt to product mix requirements.
• Analyze weld processes and suggest improvements.
