Industrious Group Inc. is seeking a skilled Welder to join our fabrication team in Lansing, MI. You will lay out, cut, and weld metal parts, fabricate structural components, and repair machine parts using MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.

The role requires reading blueprints, setting up equipment, and working with overhead cranes to position pieces safely. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of welding experience in a manufacturing environment, with the ability to pass initial test welds and

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsabilidades

• Welds metal parts together using gas welding or brazing and various arc welding processes.
• Lay out parts and assemblies according to specifications and prepare for weld repairs.
• Inspect welded joints and ensure conformance to specifications using measuring tools.
• Pre-heat parts for effective welding and perform quality checks.
