Job summary

Labor Finders is seeking skilled welders to join our team in Coolidge, AZ. The ideal candidate will weld in multiple positions, interpret blueprints and work orders, and operate MAG/TIG and arc welding equipment to produce high-quality joins.

Responsibilities include setting up welding gear, selecting proper consumables per WPS and material type, inspecting finished welds, and maintaining equipment while adhering to strict safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Able to weld in multiple positions (flat, vertical, overhead).
• Skilled at reading blueprints, drawings, and work orders for accurate welds.
• Familiar with safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Weld components in flat, vertical, horizontal, or overhead positions.
• Set up and operate MIG, TIG, SMAW, and flux‑core welding equipment.
• Select torches, tips, filler metals, shielding gases per WPS and material.
• Cut, braze, or solder parts when required.
• Inspect finished welds for quality and compliance.
