Bailey Machine Company is seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to interpret blueprints and weld structural components, building foundational infrastructure. The ideal candidate is hardworking with strong attention to detail to meet time-sensitive production needs.

Responsibilities include fabricating and fitting components, selecting welding equipment, and maintaining safety standards. Must be flexible for indoor/outdoor work and willing to perform additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Commitment to safety protocols and PPE.

Responsabilités

• Fabricate, layout, and measure structural components without drawings.
• Fit and weld per blueprints and specs.
• Select appropriate welding equipment based on requirements.
• Work flexibly indoors or outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Adhere to safety protocols and PPE.
• Assist with cleaning, restocking, or other tasks as needed.
