Climate Systems LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Welder to join our mechanical construction team. The ideal candidate will perform welding tasks across fabrication, assembly, and installation of metal structures, while reading blueprints and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven welding experience in construction or fabrication.
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
• Attention to detail and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Fabricate, assemble, and install structural components and metal assemblies.
• Inspect welds for defects and ensure quality and compliance with specs.
• Maintain and service welding equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and keep a clean work area.
• Collaborate with other trades to meet schedules and budgets.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
