A local manufacturing and fabrication company in Odessa, FL is seeking a dependable Welder/Fabricator to join their team. Responsibilities include welding and fabrication of metal components, setting up and safely operating welding equipment, measuring, cutting, fitting and assembling parts, and inspecting finished work for quality.

The role requires basic blueprint reading and at least 1 year of hands-on welding experience; schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with pay at $18.00 per

Qualifications

• Hands-on welding experience required.
• Ability to read basic blueprints or drawings.
• Experience with metal fabrication or structural welding is a plus.
• TIG, stainless steel, or aluminum welding experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM.
