Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our shop and field crew in the Ocala, FL area. You will cut and process steel components and weld/assemble using shop equipment and hand tools.

The role requires MIG and arc welding proficiency, familiarity with oxy/acetylene torches, plasma cutting, and strong attention to detail. Candidates should work well independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years on-the-job welding and fabrication experience.
• Proficient in MIG and stick welding with machine setup.
• Skilled with hand tools and basic fabrication shop equipment.
• Capable of using oxy/acetylene torch and plasma cutting equipment.
• Strong attention to detail; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and stick welding, including setting up machines.
• Use shop tools and basic equipment to complete fabrication tasks.
• Operate oxy/acetylene torch and plasma cutter for cutting.
