Job summary

US Tech Force in Green Bay is seeking a MIG and TIG Welder to join our client’s team on the east side. You will weld and assemble metal forms from stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum, following blueprints and engineering drawings.

This on-site role demands physical work and attention to detail, with wage based on experience. Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of welding experience, MIG welding proficiency, and familiarity with blueprints and welding tools.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of welding experience; welding program graduate strongly desired.
• Proficient with MIG welding; able to fabricate parts.
• Familiar with welding tools and procedures; able to read engineering blueprints/schematics.
• Able to manage physical workload.

Welder Responsibilities:

• Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products
• Install and repair various equipment and components
• Follow blueprints to meet product specifications
• Calculate material measurements to verify specifications
• Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance

Welder Qualifications:

• Min of 2 years’ experience in welding; a graduate of the welding program is strongly desired
• Able to fabricate parts by using MIG welding processes
• Familiarity with welding tools and procedures
• Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics
• Ability to handle physical workload
