Job summary

ShieldPro Protection, a leading industrial company in the United States, is seeking a skilled Turner to join our manufacturing team. You will operate lathes and other machine tools to produce precision metal parts according to blueprints and specifications in a full-time role.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of Turner experience, be proficient with lathes, milling machines, grinders and drill presses, and able to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Turner experience in an industrial setting.
• Proficient with lathes, milling machines, grinders and drill presses.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce precise measurements.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good English communication skills; other languages a plus.
• Must have a valid biometric passport.

Responsibilities

• Operate machine tools (lathes, milling machines, grinders, drill presses) to produce precision metal parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings; set up and adjust machines for operations.
• Monitor performance and adjust to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Inspect finished products for quality control.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all safety protocols.

Skilled Turner

A leading industrial company in the United States is seeking a highly skilled Turner to join our team. As a Turner, you will use your expertise in operating lathes and other machine tools to produce precision metal parts according to blueprints and specifications. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1400 per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate various machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drill presses to produce high-quality metal parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and other specifications
• Set up and adjust machines for specific operations
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Turner in an industrial setting
• Proficient in operating lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drill presses
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce precise measurements
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills in English (proficiency in other languages is a plus)
• Must have a valid biometric passport
