We are hiring a skilled Turner - Metal Machinist to join our team in Los Angeles In this role you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various metalworking machines to shape and form metal parts according to specifications You must have experience with manual and CNC machining as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints As a Turner - Metal Machinist you must possess strong attention to detail problem-solving skills and good hand-eye coordination You will work with a variety of metals including steel aluminum and brass using tools such as lathes mills and grinders Safety is of utmost importance in this role so you must adhere to all safety protocols at all times

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate metalworking machines including lathes milling machines and grinders
• Read blueprints and specifications to determine machining operations needed
• Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance as needed

Requirements

Salary $1100 per month negotiable based on experience

Location Los Angeles must be willing to relocate if not already residing in the area
