Johns Hopkins Medicine is seeking a Skilled Trades Supervisor to plan and supervise maintenance and repair work across various systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. The role requires overseeing work quality and compliance with local and federal standards while managing a team of skilled trades staff.

The Skilled Trades Supervisor plans, schedules, assigns, directs and supervises the work performed by bargaining unit staff. The role includes overall supervision of maintenance, installation and repair work on electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration equipment, systems and components. The supervisor coordinates troubleshooting, repair and installation work with Engineering Operations and Planning, ensuring work quality and progress in compliance with the collective bargaining agreement, SOM standards, and local, state and federal codes. This work is performed under limited supervision and using engineering technology tools and techniques.
Full time (40 hours) day shift, weekend and on-call work required.

Minimum $31.96/hour – Maximum $55.95/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
