Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 3+ years in skilled trades.
• Certifications in HVAC, electrical, plumbing or related trades preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and evaluate a team of skilled trades workers, ensuring productivity, quality work, and adherence to safety standards.
• Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely project completion.
• Provide technical guidance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and welding.
• Plan, prioritize, and oversee maintenance, repair, and construction projects within deadlines and budgets.
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify needed repairs or improvements.
