• High school diploma with an associate degree or five years? experience in skilled trades.
• Knowledge of skilled trades areas (e.g., construction, HVAC, electrical, automotive, welding, manufacturing).
• Familiarity with SkillsUSA structure, competitions, and chapter operations.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty and external partners.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Aufgaben

• Represent SkillsUSA at local, state, and national levels as the college's liaison.
• Coordinate chapter meetings, enrollment, officer development and student engagement.
• Assist with competition prep including registration, logistics and travel.
• Maintain compliance with SkillsUSA guidelines and reporting.
• Support day-to-day program operations with the Program Manager.
• Coordinate workshops, labs, industry partner visits, and communications.
• Maintain records and assist with grants, accreditation, and reporting.
