Paul Bridges Group is seeking a remote recruiter to manage high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for contract and project-based skilled trades positions across the United States. You will source, screen, and place electricians, welders, pipefitters, HVAC techs, and other trades, while maintaining a steady pipeline for urgent client needs.

You must have 2+ years of agency recruiting experience in skilled trades and be comfortable in a metrics-driven, fast-paced environment with remote work

• 2+ years of agency recruiting experience in skilled trades, construction, or industrial staffing.
• Contract staffing experience is required.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for contract and project-based skilled trades positions.
• Recruit electricians, welders, pipefitters, HVAC technicians, millwrights, industrial maintenance mechanics, machinists, and other skilled craft professionals.
• Maintain a strong daily recruiting cadence: sourcing, screening, candidate submissions, and follow-ups.
• Build and replenish candidate pipelines to meet urgent and recurring client requirements.
• Evaluate technical qualifications, trade certifications (OSHA, NCCER, AWS), and project experience.
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, start dates, and workforce deployments.
• Meet recruiting activity, submission, and placement targets.

• Consistently meet recruiting activity, submission, and placement targets.

• Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to maintain consistent performance in a remote setting.
