Job summary

Tradesmen International in Dallas is seeking a Skilled Trades Recruiter (internally Project Coordinator) to lead full-cycle recruiting for our construction craftworkers. This in-office, full-time role sources, screens, and places tradespeople with our clients, working closely with Account Executives to fill orders quickly while maintaining safety and record-keeping.

• Previous recruiting experience required; background in staffing, HR, or client relations preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with an ATS (e.g., iCIMS) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using data to guide decisions and drive results.
• Construction industry knowledge is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting to build and maintain a pipeline of craftworkers.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using standardized assessments both virtually and in person.
• Fill client orders by matching craftworkers with safety and skill records to project needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and lead lists to track skillsets and availability.
• Drive craftworker retention through engagement, relationships, and utilization strategies.
• Partner with Account Executives to align availability with client demand and orders.
• Monitor project timelines and craftworker assignments with proactive updates.
