Job summary

Randstad North America is seeking a Skilled Trades Search Consultant in Fort Lauderdale to connect talented trades professionals with top opportunities. You will build relationships with candidates and clients, understand hiring needs, and facilitate placements that drive client success.

You will spend your day aligning with companies to fill openings, guide candidates through interviews, and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure rapid placements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of success in direct hire.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Track record of meeting personal GP targets through new client acquisition and repeat placements.
• Experience using activity targets to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales and Achieving Placement Targets: directly responsible for hitting sales goals by placing skilled trades professionals with client companies.
• Owning the Full Placement Cycle: manage the entire process from identifying candidates to offers.
• Building Client Trust and Delivering Results: understand client needs and deliver high-quality talent.
• Proactively Developing a Strong Talent Pipeline: build and maintain a network of skilled candidates for current and future openings.
• Monitoring and Improving Performance: track metrics like time-to-fill and client satisfaction and drive improvements.
