Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct-hire sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and placements.
• Experience building a client and candidate database.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales and Achieving Placement Targets: hit sales goals by placing skilled trades professionals with client companies.
• Owning the Full Placement Cycle: identify candidates to finalizing offers, manage the process.
• Building Client Trust and Delivering Results: understand client needs and deliver top talent.
• Proactively Developing a Strong Talent Pipeline: build and maintain a network of skilled candidates.
