• 2+ years of maintaining schedules, databases, or admin records.
• 1+ year of delivering brief presentations to groups.
• Willingness to travel up to 33% within driving distance and beyond New England.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of HR issues and safety reporting.
• Maintenance of training schedule.
• Maintenance of online new hire database.
• Maintenance of competency reports and assessment packaging.
• Delivery of short presentations to new training cohorts.
• Administration of course evaluations to collect data.
• Gathering and reporting of program data.
• Proctoring focus groups as needed.
• Daily travel across RI and CT to partner sites and shipyard sites.
