Randstad North America is seeking a Practice Manager STIM to oversee search and placement within skilled trade industries in Florida. You will manage and grow direct staff, drive targeted fees and client satisfaction, and ensure compliance and strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes recruitment strategy, sales activities, and leadership of a focused team to deliver results, with a four-week posting window and ongoing client development.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of direct hire recruiting experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve gross profit targets through acquisition of new clients and repeat placements.
• Execute sales and business development activities including sourcing, client qualification, candidate marketing, rate negotiations, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Develop and implement recruiting and marketing plans to build a pipeline of candidates matching focus jobs.
• Conduct research to identify, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for client profiles.
• Utilize technologies to enhance candidate and client experiences, including video interviewing and chat platforms.
• Prepare candidates for interviews, perform compensation analysis, and extend offers.
• Lead, train, coach, and performance manage direct staff.
• Monitor team progress and develop succession plans.
• Maintain standards of excellence and profitability by monitoring reports and seeking improvements.
• Protect placements through guarantee periods and post-placement follow-up activities.

What you need to bring:

• Minimum 2 years of direct hire recruiting experience; background in manufacturing, logistics, or construction industries preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work within a team environment; detail-oriented with strong decision-making skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with hiring manager and client partners
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and to qualify and close deals
• Assertive and ambitious with strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• History of leading and growing a successful team
• Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
