Toyota Motor Manufacturing West Virginia (TMMWV) is seeking Multi-Skilled MaintenanceTeam Members for its facility in Buffalo, West Virginia.

TMMWV’s skilled maintenancepersonnel support the production, quality, cost and safety goals of the manufacturingoperation. All skilled maintenance personnel will have responsibility for preventivemaintenance, highly technical process and equipment improvements, and effectivetroubleshooting.

Our Selection process requires candidates to participate in computer based technicaltesting.

• Multi-skilled persons and machinist/tool makers are highly desired.

• Post-secondary Vocational or Technical Education in Fluid Power, Electricity,Electronics, Mechanical Drives, Machinist, and/or Engineering is preferred.

Successful candidates enter a 24 Month Job Knowledge Program regardless of priorexperience and/or education.

• Skilled Team Member New Hire enters a 24 Month Job KnowledgeProgram

• Skilled Maintenance Team Member New Hire must pass HandsOn & Floor Performance Test for each competency for continuedemployment.

• TMMWV Skilled Maintenance 24 Month Job Knowledge Program Details:

Job Knowledge Training in four (4) competencies:

• 1. Electrical/Systems

• 2. PLC/Systems

• 3. Fluid Power/Systems

• 4. Mechanical/Systems

Qualification Requirements:

Two or more years of industrial hands-on experience OR relevant degree in one ormore of the following is required:

• Electricity

• Hydraulics/Pneumatics

• PLCs in a Manufacturing Environment

• Mechanical Drives

• CNC Operations

• Machine Tool Practices

Must be willing to:

• Work any shift

• Work Overtime and travel as needed (may include some weekend work)

• Demonstrate effective communication skills (verbal and written)

• Pass background check and drug screening
