Job summary

The Brock Group Inc in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Scaffold Builder to construct, demo, stage and modify scaffolding components. This hands-on role requires working with frame, tube & clamp, or system scaffolding, while following Brock's safety policies.

You will read and follow safety paperwork, pass orientation, and perform duties under supervision. The position is full-time, on-site, with an emphasis on safe material handling, climbing, balancing, and proper use of equipment to protect

Qualifications

• Promote, demonstrate and instill Brock's Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business
• Comply with all manufacturer's specifications
• Ensure they are following all Brock, Contractor's, and governmental safety requirements
• Take direction from the supervisor
• Ability to identify the type of scaffolding material to be used for the job (frame, tube & clamp, system)
• Sort and organize material
• Place and receive orders for material
• Required to complete safety paperwork such as FLRA's, Sharp Cards, etc.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
