Job summary

Nutreco, a leader in animal nutrition, is seeking a Universal Production Worker at the Companion Animal Neosho facility. You will discharge, load, transport, and label materials while operating specialized equipment to meet production targets. Maintain logs and uphold safety, quality, and environmental standards as part of a committed team.

We value a high school diploma and manufacturing experience. Expect 1st shift M-F, 5 am-1 pm, with a 2nd shift premium.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to operate machinery and perform routine tasks.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute operational activities to meet production targets.
• Discharge, load, transport, and label materials; operate machinery.
• Perform small maintenance tasks and log data in production systems.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and report deviations.
