Job summary

Nutreco’s Trouw Nutrition division is hiring a Universal Production Worker for the Companion Animal Neosho site. You will discharge, load, transport and label materials, operate specialized machinery, and support production targets on the 1st shift (5 am–1 pm, M-F).

Requires a high school diploma and manufacturing experience; a valid driver’s license is preferred, forklift experience is a plus. You’ll log data, follow safety and quality guidelines, and contribute to Feeding the Future.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and manufacturing experience required.
• Valid driver’s license expected; forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate machinery and perform routine production tasks.
• Commitment to safety, quality and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate specialized equipment and machinery to discharge, load, transport, and clean materials.
• Periodically inspect equipment and perform small maintenance tasks.
• Log production data accurately in systems.
• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures to maintain a clean, safe work area.
