Job summary

Trouw Nutrition, a Nutreco company, seeks a Universal Production Worker for the Companion Animal Highland location. You’ll discharge, load, transport and label materials, operate specialized machinery, and log data into production systems to meet targets.

This is 2nd shift: Mon-Thu 4 pm–2 am with OT on Fridays. We value a high school diploma and manufacturing experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to maintain safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Background in manufacturing with a high school diploma.
• Ability to operate equipment and machinery including discharging, loading, transporting, and cleaning materials.
• A valid driver’s license is required; forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Discharge, load, transport, and label materials while operating specialized machinery.
• Perform routine production tasks and small maintenance; log data in production systems.
• Signal process deviations and maintain a clean, safe work area in line with safety and quality guidelines.
